Windows 10 Free to help Windows Phone
During an interview given to the American media that Satya Nadella Microsoft CEO, explains the reasons of free Windows 10. gratuity that is rooted in the desire to boost Windows Phone.

This is the billion customers that will start menu with your app. The journey starts here and takes you to several locations: the phone, Hololens, Xbox, ... »
The current Microsoft CEO talks about the changes in the Start menu with Windows 10 and explains:
"Why all these changes with the start menu in Windows 10? It's not that I want to bring up to date the old. Is that it remains the best way to improve our store, Windows Store. Windows 8 was great except that no one discovered the Windows Store. In Windows 10, the shade is visible and integrated pleasant way. "
